This dispenser features 2 spring piston handle assemblies with auto-off hot and locking cold levers, as well as a high-arc spout for an attractive appearance.

Included with the faucet is a QHT 1300W instant hot water tank that delivers 60 cups per hour of instant hot water for cooking, beverages, cleaning, and more. The temperature is easily adjustable from 140-degrees to 190-degrees with the fingertip dial. The Develosah 9" 2-Handle Hot and Cold Water Dispenser with Instant Heating Tank includes a faucet and a quick heating water tank 1300W (QHT-1PV), delivering 100 cups per hour of instant hot water. The faucet features a 9-1/4 inch overall height with a 4-1/2 inch gooseneck spout projection and 2 spring piston handle assemblies with auto-off hot and locking cold levers. The tank is a 5/8 Gallon Stainless Steel Quick & Hot Instant Hot Water Tank that is 140-degree to 190-degree fingertip temperature adjustable and conveniently plugs into a standard 115V wall outlet using 1300W.

The kit includes all mounting materials, as well as a 3/8 in. Shok Blok Filter Protection Valve for faucet anti-shock protection. A 1/4 in. copper tubing and Santoprene hose outlet to tank are also included. For further filtration, a water filter recommendation is provided (F400 in-line water filter unit & F400R cartridges sold separately). It is recommended to install the filter between the water supply and faucet using silicone seal instead of plumber's putty for installation.
