The faucet's right side dispenses purified water or instant hot water. Rotate backwards for pure water, while turning the knob towards you activates the hot water appliance. The high arched spout offers plenty of room for sink clearance, dispensing 100 cups per hour of instant hot water. The hot water tank reheats using a 1500-Watt element, separated from water by a stainless steel plate to prevent corrosion. The tank is 304 stainless steel, laser welded for longevity. The dry-start float and over-heat protector also stainless steel prevent off taste and odors. The non-pressurized bladder system prevents tank failures.

The Dual Under Sink In-Line Filter System reduces chlorine and odor for clean, delicious water. It meets NSF and WRAS approvals and is lead-free. The durable filter housing is eco-friendly, needing only cartridge replacements (use F400R Replacement Filter Cartridges). For optimal filtration, cartridges should be replaced every 6 months or 528 Gallons (2000 Liters).
