The Westbrass Develosah 9" 2-Handle Hot and Cold Water Dispenser with Instant Heating Tank combines a faucet with a quick-heating water tank 1300W. The faucet features an overall height of 9-1/4 inches, a 4-1/2 inch gooseneck spout projection, and 2 spring piston handle assemblies with auto-off hot and locking cold levers. The tank is a 5/8 Gallon Stainless Steel Quick & Hot Instant Hot Water Tank that provides 100 cups per hour of instant hot water.

With temperature adjustability ranging from 140 degrees to 190 degrees, the tank conveniently plugs into a standard 115V wall outlet and uses 1300W of power. The kit includes all necessary mounting materials, a 3/8 inch Shok Blok Filter Protection Valve for anti-shock protection, 1/4 inch copper tubing, and a Santoprene hose outlet to the tank. For best results, Westbrass recommends installing a water filter (F400 in-line water filter unit & F400R cartridges sold separately) between the water supply and faucet. Adhesive sealant should be used for installation instead of plumber's putty.
