The Contemporary single-handle hot water dispenser faucet kit includes a quick heating water tank (QHT-1) and cannot be modified for cold water usage. The dispenser faucet stands at 9-1/2 inches tall with a 4-inch gooseneck spout projection and features a 1-lever handle with a 1/4-turn ceramic disc cartridge. The kit also includes all necessary mounting materials, 1/4-inch compression stainless steel flex lines, and a Santoprene hose outlet to the tank. For those using a water filter, it is recommended to install the filter (F400 in-line water filter unit & F400R cartridges sold separately) between the water supply and faucet. During installation, avoid using plumber's putty and opt for silicone seal instead.
