The Brass shower drain body is designed to mount to fiberglass, acrylic, and solid surface shower pans and stalls. This drain plumbs with 2 in. sch. 40 pipe and is secured by a rubber compression swedge lock gasket that is driven in place using a special tool (included). The body of the drain is made of cast brass, with a solid brass or stainless steel grate cover. It fits 2 in. Sch. 40 ABS or PVC pipe and the drain body rim is fully covered by the grate cover plate.
